Request permanent deletion of your data

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your LensPlate data.

What Data We Collect

When you use LensPlate, we may collect:

  • Account information (email, name)
  • Food photos and meal logs
  • Nutrition data and macro calculations
  • Fitness goals and preferences

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and the email address associated with your LensPlate account in the body of the message.

What Happens Next

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Note

Deleting your data is irreversible. Once your account and associated data are deleted, you will not be able to recover them. If you wish to use LensPlate again, you will need to create a new account.
